Terms And Condition

All Users:

1. Must be legal owner of shipped property.
2. May not send property owned by another person.
3. Must be at least (18) eighteen years of age.
4. Must be a legal resident of the United States.
5. Maximum insurance liability is limited to (100) one hundred dollars.
6. At your discretion we advise you to obtain insurance equal to or greater than the estimated value of your items.

Houston Gold Guarantee:

1. Houston Gold will contact you with an appraisal of your items.
2. If you accept our appraisal, a company check will be mailed same day.
3. If you decline our appraisal, your items will be sent to you the next business day at our expense.
